These terms of use govern access to and use of the website sloown.com (the “Site”), published by Wall Agency (trade name Sloown). Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, which prevail in the event of any conflict.
1. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, except during interruptions for maintenance or in cases of force majeure. Wall Agency cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability.
2. Customer account
You can create an account to track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can request deletion of your account at any time at support@sloown.com.
3. Product information
We take care to ensure the accuracy of the information published. The content of the Site (tips, rituals, descriptions) is provided for information purposes only and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Our products are cosmetics: they are not intended to treat or prevent any disease.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation (viruses, large-scale automated extraction, intrusion attempts) and not to post unlawful, abusive or misleading content (for example in a review or a message).
