This policy summarises the terms of the automatic delivery (subscription) offered on sloown.com. They are set out in full in Articles 6a and 8 of our terms of sale, which prevail.

Automatic delivery (subscription)

How it works. Some products can be ordered with automatic delivery by ticking the box on the product page before adding them to the cart. The Customer then receives the same product, in the same quantity, every 28 days (4 weeks), with no minimum commitment.

Price. The discount shown on the product page applies to every delivery. The amount of the first order and of the following deliveries is shown before payment is confirmed and repeated in the confirmation e-mail. The Seller informs the Customer by e-mail before any change to the price of a delivery; the Customer may then cancel under the conditions below.

Payment and shipping. Each delivery is charged automatically on its due date to the payment method saved with the first order, then shipped under the conditions of Article 7. If the payment fails, the delivery is not shipped.

Cancellation. The Customer may cancel automatic delivery at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, by e-mail to support@sloown.com, stating their name, e-mail address and order number. As orders are prepared before their due date, cancellation takes effect with 7 days' notice:

• request received at least 7 days before the next due date: no further delivery is charged or shipped;
• request received less than 7 days before the next due date: that last delivery is charged and shipped, then automatic delivery ends.

The Customer may also use the “Cancel my subscription” form, available from their customer account and at sloown.com/pages/resilier-abonnement.

The Seller confirms the cancellation and its effective date by e-mail within 1 business day.

Automatic delivery. For automatic delivery (Article 6a), the 14-day withdrawal period runs from receipt of the first delivery; withdrawal ends the automatic delivery. Later deliveries do not open a new withdrawal period: the Customer may cancel at any time under the conditions of Article 6a. The exception for unsealed products applies to each delivery.
