Withdraw from contract

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an unopened product to us, without having to give any reason. This period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Fill in this form, then click “Confirm withdrawal”.

Only unopened products, in their original packaging, can be returned. For hygiene reasons, a product that has been opened, unsealed or worn (cosmetics, lingerie) can be neither returned nor refunded. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Full details are in our return policy.
